day 36 = “Countdown To 40”
Aloha, here we are my friends! This is the last week of our internship, for those who live on the outer islands that is. All others will continue on until the 28th of this month and if lucky enough into 2021! Even though I’m being kicked on a some stupid technicality, I’m rooting for my peers and know that they deserve every bit of this!
I’ll continue my studies for sure and am so thankful for the healthy habits I’ve developed over the last month! I think if I apply all that I’ve learned I could find a job in no time. I honestly would like to spend more time working on more projects, before I put myself out there as a “unity coder.”
Monday I applied for a couple positions for web development because, that’s kind of what I do on the side. I got to switch gears from the gaming and get back into javascript, css, html etc. Yikes! I already feel a little jumbled but, these courses have taught me better habits when I’m having to put in the time. I really would like to incorporate my unity web Gl builds into possible websites I create but, we’ll see. Baby steps. Wish me luck! After I get through this last week and get settled with a routine, I plan on documenting my journey creating a FPS through Unity. Something I’ve always wanted to do. GameDevHQ has supplied just that. So another reason to thank them! It’s been amazing and they gave a gift that is forever giving! Until next time my ohana, it will be ok! Thanks for reading up, keep it real!
